Mil Vin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to mil vin (the "Platform"), operated at milvin.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you (the "Player") and mil vin that governs your use of the platform, including all betting, casino games, promotions, payment services and any other features available on the site.

Mil vin is designed specifically for adult players in Pakistan and processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform covers sports betting — with a particular focus on Pakistan Super League cricket — casino games including roulette and Aviator, and various promotional offers including the refer-a-friend programme.

These Terms exist to make the relationship between mil vin and its players clear, fair and transparent. We have tried to write them in plain language so that any Pakistani player can understand what they mean without needing a lawyer. To register and use mil vin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Mil vin does not permit any player under 18 to create an account, deposit funds or place bets. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and any funds may be forfeited or returned at mil vin's sole discretion after investigation.
• You must be a natural person — registrations on behalf of companies, partnerships or other legal entities are not accepted.
• You must not already hold an existing account at mil vin under the same identity, phone number, email address, payment method or device. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of mil vin or any of its affiliated partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in accordance with applicable law.

Mil vin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

When you create a mil vin account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid payment method registered in your name. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. Mil vin will never ask you for your password through email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at mil vin. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms. Mil vin uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and payment data analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Mil vin may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) and a recent selfie. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete verification may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed successfully.

All financial transactions at mil vin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not process transactions in any other currency. Mil vin supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (all major Pakistani banks) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at mil vin is Rs 500. There is no deposit fee charged by mil vin, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes. In rare cases, bank IBFT deposits may take longer to process during non-business hours.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals generally complete within a few hours during business days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 2–5 working days depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawal verification: Mil vin may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000 will require KYC document submission if not already completed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure that applies to all players equally.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.
• Mil vin does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must come from a payment method in your own name.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6 below before they become eligible for withdrawal.

All bets placed at mil vin are final once confirmed. The minimum bet on any market at mil vin is Rs 10. Maximum bet limits vary by market type and account tier — please review the specific maximum displayed in the betting interface before placing large-stake bets.

Odds: Mil vin displays odds in decimal format. The decimal odd represents the total return per Rs 1 staked, inclusive of your original stake. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, mil vin's system will display the updated odds and ask you to re-confirm.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before commencement, the event does not achieve its minimum completion threshold for result determination, an obvious pricing error is identified (see below), or the market has been suspended due to integrity concerns.

Obvious error: Where a bet is placed at an odds price that was clearly published in error — for example, a team priced at 0.10 instead of 10.00 — mil vin reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake without paying the calculated return. We will notify the player of any void applied under this clause.

PSL cricket: All PSL bets at mil vin settle according to the official match result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant match officiating body. For rain-affected matches that produce a result via the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result stands for match winner and most standard markets. PSL-specific market settlement rules are available in the FAQ section.

Accumulators: Accumulator bets at mil vin require all legs to be successful for the bet to win. If any leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the voided leg removed. Single bets cannot be voided and replaced — each leg must stand or void independently.

Mil vin offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion description as published on the Promotions page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

Welcome bonus: New players at mil vin are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The casino welcome bonus is up to Rs 20,000 and the sports welcome bonus is up to Rs 30,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the active promotion. Welcome bonuses can only be claimed once per player.

Wagering requirements: Most deposit match bonuses at mil vin carry a wagering requirement — the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it becomes available for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count towards wagering requirement clearance unless otherwise specified.

Refer-a-friend: The referral reward of Rs 1,000 per qualifying referral carries zero wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately once credited to your account. A qualifying referral requires the referred friend to register using your unique link and make a first deposit of at least Rs 500 using a payment method in their own name. Self-referrals and multi-account referrals are not permitted and will result in forfeiture of the reward and potential account suspension.

Bonus abuse: Mil vin monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that indicate abuse — such as placing low-risk bets on opposing outcomes to clear wagering requirements risk-free — will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. What constitutes abuse is determined at mil vin's discretion after investigation.

Expiry: All bonuses at mil vin have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable window will be removed from your account automatically. Check the specific promotion for the applicable expiry period.

All casino games available at mil vin — including slots, roulette, live dealer tables and the Aviator crash game — are provided by licensed third-party game studios or use provably fair cryptographic systems. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.

Aviator: The Aviator game at mil vin uses a provably fair algorithm. Before each round begins, the server generates a crash point using a cryptographic seed. A hash of this seed is published publicly before the round starts, and the full seed is revealed after the round ends, allowing any player to independently verify that the result was pre-committed and not altered during play. Disconnection policy: If you experience a disconnection during a live game round, mil vin's system will continue the round using its normal logic. If your bet was placed before disconnection, it remains active. Disconnection is not grounds for a refund of a lost bet. Mil vin recommends ensuring a stable internet connection before placing bets, especially during in-play markets or active casino sessions.

Game malfunction: In the event of a technical fault or malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Mil vin will announce any such events through the platform. Winnings generated during a period of confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid.

Mil vin takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Every player account at mil vin has access to a suite of self-management tools directly from the account settings, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR that you set yourself.
• Loss limits: Maximum loss thresholds per day, week or month to prevent exceeding your budget.
• Session timers: Configurable time reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: A temporary pause of your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, during which you cannot log in or bet.
• Self-exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the mil vin platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the selected period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at mil vin and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with the platform in place of manual human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or any technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to support immediately rather than attempting to exploit it.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or market through any means including collusion with other players, match fixing or insider information.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person to open an account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses or evading a suspension.
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents or any form of payment fraud to fund an account.
• Money laundering or using mil vin in any way that facilitates the processing of unlawfully obtained funds.
• Any form of chargebacks initiated against legitimate mil vin transactions. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the disputed amount.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing any mil vin staff member through any communication channel.

Mil vin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where an account is suspended due to investigation, any pending withdrawals may be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in a confirmed violation, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited. If the investigation finds no violation, the full balance will be released and the account reinstated.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at support@milvin.click. Any real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

By registering at mil vin, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them.

In summary: mil vin collects the information you provide during registration and verification, your transaction history, your betting and gaming activity, and technical data about your device and browser session. This information is used to operate your account, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform.

Mil vin does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers and law enforcement where legally required. All data processing at mil vin is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Mil vin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain service reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Planned and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mil vin will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player, regardless of the information or analysis tools provided.
• Losses resulting from service interruptions, technical faults or platform unavailability outside of mil vin's reasonable control.
• Losses or damages arising from the player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment processors, game studios or internet service providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits mil vin's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Mil vin may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified by a notice displayed on the platform upon next login. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.

Continued use of the mil vin platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

Minor changes such as clarifications of existing rules, formatting improvements or corrections of typographical errors may be made without specific player notification, provided they do not materially alter your rights or obligations.
